The European Ranch project completed in June of 2024 is a Rosemary Beach-inspired retreat in Alvaton, Kentucky, where coastal elegance meets Southern charm. This inviting home featured an open-concept living area filled with natural light, a spacious back porch with a fireplace and a kitchen perfect for entertaining. With soft colors, shiplap accents, and tranquil bedrooms, this sanctuary captures the essence of coastal living in the heart of Alvaton.
Cape Cod
This custom home seamlessly blends Cape Cod style with southern charm, featuring classic architectural accents and warm, inviting spaces. The exterior showcases elegant copper details that add a touch of sophistication, while the interior boasts open layouts and cozy nooks, perfect for family gatherings. English Cottage
Inspired by the historical architecture of England, the English Cottage was a fun and stylish home. The exterior featured a full bed Indiana Limestone and creamy brick to compliment. The interior featured a warm honey oak hardwood, and beige accents througout the home.
